Your Mission
As an IT Support Specialist at Mercell, you will be part of our Enterprise Support team, reporting to the IT Manager. We are a team of three professionals responsible for ensuring that every Mercell employee has the IT support and tools they need to do their best work and that we are continuously raising the bar on how we deliver that.
This is a hands-on role with real variety: from day-to-day support to contributing to IT projects that bring new technology into the business.
Core Responsibilities- Manage and resolve IT support tickets, prioritising effectively and keeping your queue moving
- Maintain the IT environment across our Copenhagen and Odense offices, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the ground
- Administer and maintain our core platforms: Okta, Atlassian, Microsoft Azure & Intune, and Google Workspace
- Contribute to IT projects delivering upgrades and new technology across the organisation
- Proven experience (ideally 3+ years) in a similar IT support or systems administration role
- Hands-on experience administering one or more of the following platforms: Okta, Atlassian, Azure & Intune, Google Workspace
- Comfortable managing both Mac and Windows hardware
- Professional level English, written and spoken
- Able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues with patience and clarity
- Strong troubleshooting mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Takes initiative to spot and act on opportunities to improve ways of working
- Handles sensitive data, credentials, and personal devices with discretion and integrity
Duration: Full time
Workplace type:Hybrid - working onsite at the office minimum 3 days and from home, balancing flexibility with collaboration
