About the Role
You'II be based in Kolding or Copenhagen, supporting colleagues across Jutland and Funen and playing an active part in international projects.
No two days look the same: user support, system maintenance, and Al-driven improvements that take our IT setup to the next level - side by side with colleagues across Denmark and the wider Blue Phoenix group.
What You'II Do- Be the friendly face of IT for colleagues across our Danish locations, providing 1st and 2nd line support.
- Support colleagues across borders as part of a global IT team - making people in the Netherlands, UK, Germany and beyond feel just as well looked atter as those down the hallway.
- Own IT requests from first contact to resolution.
- Set up, maintain, and refresh workstations, mobile devices, and equipment.
- Solve hardware and software puzzles - the satisfying kind where someone walks away smiling.
- Keep our IT landscape organised with clear documentation.
- Experiment with Al and automation to reimagine how we deliver IT support.
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
- A relevant IT education (e.g., IT technician) - experience can outweigh formal training.
- A positive, service-minded attitude and a real interest in people.
- Solid working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
- A structured way of working and the ability to prioritise when everything feels urgent.
- Flexibility to step up outside normal hours when needed.
- Driver's license and willingness to move between locations
- Confident Danish and English.
- Genuine curiosity about new technology
- especially Al
- and an appetite to experiment and learn fast.
