Your Role & Impact This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.
You will set the overall direction for how EG develops future-ready skills, while also working directly with leaders and teams to bring initiatives to life.Your work will touch everything from capability roadmaps to career mobility, shaping how learning fuels growth across the business.
In practice, this means you will: Define and implement a capability-building strategy that supports EG’s business priorities.
Partner with leaders and HRBP's to identify critical skill gaps and co-create impactful learning solutions.Leverage AI and new learning technologies to make development more scalable and personalized.
Build clear career frameworks that empower employees to grow and move across the organization.
Track impact and continuously improve how learning drives business outcomes.
You will report to Head of HR/CHRO and be part of a highly professional and engaged HR Leadership.
What You Bring Success in this role requires a strategic mindset combined with the ability to develop and drive high-impact initiatives, while also being hands-on with stakeholders to ensure execution and fast, tangible results.
You are highly driven and motivated to succeed in transformations, with a deep understanding of how to lead and drive effective changes.
Proven experience in Talent Development, L&D, or Organizational Development- ideally within software or tech environments.
A track record of leading future-focused capability programs, especially those tied to digital transformation or AI adoption.
A practical, execution-oriented mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and iterate.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and geographies.
Analytical thinking, curiosity, and adaptability to stay ahead of L&D trends.
Fluency in English (Danish is a plus).
