We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits to lead the design, implementation, and governance of our global rewards and recognition framework. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing compensation and benefits strategies that align with Frontmatecs growth objectives, performance culture, and values.

Key Responsibilities
- Define & Drive Compensation Philosophy: Establish a clear, equitable, and competitive compensation strategy aligned with Frontmatecs business goals and talent needs.
- Lead Job Architecture & Salary Range Project: Design and maintain scalable job structures, leveling frameworks, and career paths to support organizational growth and consistency across regions.
- Own Compensation Processes: Manage annual compensation cycles, salary reviews, incentive plans, and compensation-related policies ensuring fairness and alignment with performance.
- Oversee HRIS & Data Integrity: Lead HRIS implementation and act as the UKG point person to ensure accurate, secure, and actionable compensation and workforce data across systems.
- Analyze Benefits & Total Rewards: Evaluate and optimize benefits offerings to ensure market competitiveness, employee value, and cost-effectiveness.
- Partner Across HR & Leadership: Collaborate with HRBPs and senior leaders to align compensation with performance, engagement, and talent strategies.
- Support DEI, Engagement & Retention: Ensure pay equity, transparency, and fairness across all programs to foster inclusion, trust, and long-term employee retention.
You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and balance analytical rigor with a strong sense of partnership and communication.
You likely have:- 7+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, ideally in an international or matrix organization.
- Proven experience leading annual compensation processes, benefits design, and salary benchmarking.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HR data analytics, modeling, and market benchmarking tools.
- Experience in job architecture, job evaluation, and leveling frameworks.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (preferably UKG or similar).
- A structured yet pragmatic approach, balancing strategy with operational delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Fluency in English.
