Chief Business Analyst

The team

You will join our dedicated Commercial BI and Analytics team and turn insights into actions that drive business growth and create meaningful customer engagement. As our Chief Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our Forward ’28 strategy, empowering 2.2 million customers across the Nordics. Your work will directly connect with a wide array of stakeholders, shaping data-driven decisions, better customer experiences, and ensuring the implementation of various commercial actions.

Bridge business and analytics to turn data into actionable insights

In this role, you will play a vital part in connecting business needs with actionable data solutions. Your ability to turn insights into impact will be key to driving our data-driven agenda. You will:

• Translate business needs into actionable data and visualisation requirements
• Drive our data-driven agenda, proactively facilitate discussions, and challenge the business to unlock new opportunities and ensure relevant insights are applied
• Analyse information from multiple data sources, turn it into holistic and fact-based recommendations, and communicate them in a clear and concise manner
• Support the business with implementing AI, advanced analytics, technology, and tailored solutions

We are looking for someone who can combine analytical thinking with a deep understanding of business challenges. Your ability to collaborate across teams and engage stakeholders will make you a key contributor to our success. You could be described as:

• A strong communicator and stakeholder manager
• Analytical thinker with a deep understanding of business challenges, able to generate analytics and solutions by using data
• Proactive and skilled in project management, with strong problem-solving and change management abilities
• Experienced in SQL, Databricks, Tableau/Power BI, CRM, digital analytics, or similar data and analytics tools and systems
• Having a collaborative mindset and a drive to succeed across teams
