Then we might be looking for you. We’re seeking a driven and technically minded professional with solid experience in the life and pension sector. Knowledge of the Danish pension system is a must, while familiarity with the Dutch system is considered a strong advantage.
You’ll play a key role in translating business needs into clear, effective system solutions, working closely with both stakeholders and development teams. With a strong analytical mindset and a proactive attitude, you’re not afraid to dive into code, explore data models, and challenge the status quo.
You understand the intricacies of pension products and business events, and you’re passionate about simplifying complexity through well-designed APIs and process improvements. We’re looking for a structured and collaborative profile who thrives at the intersection of business and technology.
Key Skills & Competencies Pension Expertise & Business Insight Extensive experience as a case handler in the pension sector Strong understanding of life and pension products and related business events Familiarity with the Danish pension system; Dutch pension knowledge is a plus Project experience is considered an advantage Technical Acumen & Developer Collaboration Technically minded with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with developers Skilled at translating complex requirements into robust, scalable API solutions Comfortable with learning to read simple code Communication & Requirements Analysis Strong communicator with a talent for bridging business needs and system capabilities Passionate about simplifying complex challenges and delivering clear, actionable solutions Experienced in working on the business side of IT solutions within the life and pension domain Initiative & Continuous Improvement Proactive and solution-oriented, with a drive to improve processes and systems Takes ownership and leads initiatives that enhance performance and efficiency Ready to Make an Impact?
