Then go ahead and read more Systematic and our new opportunity in Copenhagen The position At Systematic, we are expanding our Defence software team in Copenhagen and are looking for a Cloud Engineer to join the team in Copenhagen to contribute to SitaWare Aspire – our next-generation training platform designed for modern Defence operations.
Joining as our new Azure Cloud Engineer, your primary responsibility will be contributing to designing scalable and secure Azure based solutions– all in order to enhance user learning outcomes.As this is a newly established team at our hub in Copenhagen, you will have a great opportunity to make your mark on the product, contribute and establish team culture and shape the team together with your colleagues.
In short, you can look forward to:- Designing and implementing complex Azure cloud infrastructure solutions, including virtual machines, storage, networking, security, identity services• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep• Drive initiatives to optimize resource utilization in Azure environments• Configuration and deployment of Azure services ensuring the use of best practices for security and scalability.• Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practice guidelines while also sharing knowledge with junior team members to build competences Join the Aspire team in Copenhagen We are growing our department with a new team in Copenhagen.
Hence, you will join a growing Defence business unit, where we develop software that support critical decision-making when it matters the most.

- +2 years of hands on experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and tools such as Bicep or Terraform• Strong expertise in implementing, and managing Azure Cloud infrastructure solutions• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and configuration management• Microsoft Certification: Azure Developer Associate certification (AZ 204) or equivalent certification is highly desirable Moreover, it is an advantage if you have experience working with Java, Angular and scripting with Bash/PowerShell.
Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects.
