The Role
We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and motivated Full Stack Senior Software Engineer with expertise spanning .NET (C#) on the backend and React or Angular on the frontend. You will work with modern tools such as AWS, Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise Cloud as part of our cloud strategy.
Furthermore, you will:
- Collaborate in a cross-functional squad: Work closely with Project Owners, Developers, Solution Architects, IT Solution Owners and business specialists in a cross-functional squad.
- Contribute to all phases of the solution development lifecycle: Play a key role in planning, developing, maintaining high quality applications using cutting-edge technologies, while developing yourself professionally.
- Contribute to our engineering culture: Explore new technologies and methodologies to elevate our technical quality.
- Be part of a Chapter: Engage in a Chapter where peers in similar roles exchange ideas, collaborate and enhance their skills. Your contributions to both Squads and Chapters will drive operational excellence and foster innovation.
The Ideal Candidate
To perform well in this role, you should ideally have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. You will need to bring over five years of experience in software development, showcasing your expertise in .NET technologies, including C#, .NET Core, and REST APIs. Additionally, strong experience with modern front-end frameworks, such as React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, is crucial.
Other key qualifications include:
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, GitHub Cloud, Elastic Stack, and Grafana.
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with cloud services, particularly managing cloud-based microservices in AWS.
- Understanding of relational and non-relational databases, including ORM tools like Microsoft Entity Framework.
- You should have experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced English communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration within our international team. It is essential that you align with our culture commitments around collaboration, trust, and taking ownership.
