Our student club is here to connect interns, trainees, and student assistants, giving you the opportunity to grow your professional network right from your commencement day. Two different roles In Advisory you’ll be at the centre of a dynamic role, providing a wide range of advisory and consultancy services tailored specifically to the maritime industry.
This will entail conducting in-depth analysis, qualitative research, and financial modelling. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for creating research materials and structuring information related to commercial projects and financing options.
Beyond research and analysis, you’ll also play a key role in developing and finalizing presentations. In shipbroking you’ll have the chance to immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of a shipbroker. You’ll actively engage in negotiations and the closure of ship deals, prepare comprehensive sales documents, and gain the ability to assess the values of various vessels.
You’ll also develop skills in handling client and broker interactions through written communication, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings. In addition, you’ll build an understanding of the historical trends and key market driver while assisting the department in streamlining procedures and maximizing our digitalisation efforts.
