As an intern, you will become part of a multidisciplinary team of international colleagues who share a passion for creating sustainable and resilient solutions for our clients.The internship is a full-time position (37 hours/week) for approximately 6 months, starting in January/February 2026.What you will doYour tasks will depend on your background and interests, as well as on our ongoing projects, but you can expect to:Support the implementation of international projects in the fields of water, wastewater, climate change, environmental management, energy and sustainable development.Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of technical or environmental reports.Contribute to our business development activities, such as preparing technical proposals, expressions of interest, and identifying project opportunities.Support project managers and senior consultants in day-to-day project coordination and documentation.Carry out ad hoc tasks to support our operations and project delivery.Who we are looking forThe ideal candidate:Is currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Denmark within fields such as Environmental Science, Geography, Sustainable Development, International Studies, International Business, Urban Planning, or similar.Has a solid academic record and a structured, proactive mindset.Can adapt to dynamic environments and meet deadlines with attention to detail.Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoys working in an international team.Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Is fluent in English (C2 level). Additional language skills (e.g. French, Ukrainian) are considered an advantage, but not a requirement.Can work independently and takes initiative once familiar with our workflows.Experience or skills in AutoCAD, GIS and/or Adobe InDesign are an advantage.Can you see yourself as a part of Sweco?Practical informationThis internship is unpaid and open only to students enrolled at a Danish university.
