We are seeking a passionate IT Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the Product team, you will play a crucial role in developing and operating systems supporting HR and Legal in Ascendis Pharma. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional, global teams working together to achieve extraordinary results.
You will be joining the Global Support Function IT Product team, part of Global IT, a team consisting of three colleagues, and report directly to People Leader Lene Rhein Larsenwho is based in Hellerup. You will be based in Hellerup.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
- Collect and qualify business requirements while also challenging stakeholders to mitigate risk, minimize exceptions and ensure simplicity, maturity and robustness. Being able to suggest best practice with a focus on a Global mindset.
- Translate business needs into effective, scalable system solutions.
- Participate in daily operations together with the team.
- Ensure that solutions meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
You have a degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance or something completely different. Most importantly you can analyze and visualize business needs as configuration, architecture, data flows and integrations – and bring these to life in application implementation projects.
Furthermore, you have:
- In depth knowledge of HR or legal processes
- At least 3 years of experience with a major HRIT system, such as Workday, SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM
- Experience with integrations and system testing
- Experience working in an agile setting
- Experience of working in a product team
It is an advance if you have hands-on experience with configuring Workday, but not a requirement.
