This pivotal role focuses on enabling Danish companies' global success, fostering innovative solutions, and supporting the green transition.About the PositionYou will join a dedicated team of five employees focused on originating and structuring financial deals and solutions for companies and projects globally.
You will play an important role in the financing of the green transition, supporting Danish exports opportunities abroad, and implementing the EIFO mandate. As an Associate, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to originate and structure financing solutions that align with EIFO’s strategic goals.
Your work will support Danish businesses in navigating international markets while contributing to a more sustainable future.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement and Deal Origination: Contribute to client dialogue and relationship management.
Support in structuring transactions, preparing pitches, and identifying opportunities for supporting the green transition.Strategic Analysis: Analyze client needs, sector dynamics, and market trends to develop tailored financial solutions.Team Collaboration: Partner with the Transactions team to ensure seamless handovers and effective execution of deals.
Drive internal alignment and cross-functional communication.Market Knowledge: Build expertise in EIFO's financial products and decision-making frameworks. Maintain a deep understanding of relevant industry drivers and the regulatory landscape.Leadership and Representation: Represent EIFO in client meetings, industry events, and credit committee discussions.
Act as a reliable advisor for both internal and external stakeholders.As highlighted, the role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities. To provide a realistic glimpse into what you might be working on during your initial period at EIFO, examples could include help to prepare pitch material to Danish exporters bidding on contracts, or pitch material be presented for an investment grade international buyer while securing stakeholder management between all parties involved.
