Experienced Frontend Developers Would you like to shape the future of Continia’s products together with a team of creative and innovative developers? Continia is looking for experienced Frontend Software Engineers who can design and develop highly scalable and user-friendly web frontends.

About your role As an Experienced Frontend Developer at Continia, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining frontend solutions that power our wide range of products.
You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality, user-friendly, and future-ready applications. Your work will directly shape how thousands of businesses worldwide interact with Continia’s solutions — improving user experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and helping companies save valuable time.
As part of this role, you will also have opportunities to influence technical decisions, mentor colleagues, and contribute to setting best practices that strengthen frontend development across the company. What you will be doing: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to define requirements.
Investigate and evaluate new frontend technologies and frameworks. Develop and maintain responsive frontend frameworks and user interfaces across multiple products. Build robust, cross-device compatible features with strong automated test coverage.
Balance delivering quickly with creating long-term maintainable solutions. What we are looking for Several years of dedicated frontend development experience. Deep understanding of web architecture, development, and standards. Strong knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and UI best practices.
Expertise in React, React Native, and TypeScript. Awareness of other frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue) and ability to bring perspectives on their strengths and trade-offs. Familiarity with backend or cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, .NET, Node, databases) is a plus Experience with design systems like Zendesk Garden, Material Design, Blueprint, or Office 365 Fabric is a plus.
Familiarity with design collaboration tools such as Figma is a plus. A high-quality mindset with a problem-solving approach and strong commitment to innovation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in international and cross-cultural teams.
