Operations Manager for Diamond Slice Festivals

Diamond Slice, the most well known pizza restaurant in Denmark, is expanding its festival participation in the 2026 summer season after success at Bloom Festival and Roskilde in 2024 and 2025.

We are looking for an operations manager to take the lead on a fun festival season this coming summer. Potential festivals include: Heartland, Smukkefest, Copenhell, Syde for Solen, Distortion, Karousselen, and more.

Normally we post compensation, but this a new role and could take different formats:

• Percentage of revenue
• Salary
• Salary + bonus

Part of the interview process will be discussing motivating renumeration options.

The right candidate:

• Is fluent in English
• Is either fluent in Danish or comfortable and effective with translation tools.
• Has at least two years of event management work.
• Is detail focused
• Does not mind or enjoys a schedule that is made up of periods of intense work followed by longer stretches of time off.
• Works independently and can stick to deadlines.
• Is structured and organized.
