Job Description Senior SAP Project Manager - Life Sciences We need you to lead our most complex Life Sciences SAP programs Role summary At NTT DATA Business Solutions, we deliver some of the most complex SAP transformations in Denmark and the Nordics.We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of large, mission-critical SAP projects within the Life Sciences sector. You are a trusted delivery leader who thrives in regulated environments and is comfortable operating independently on large engagements.
With strong SAP experience and a structured approach, you ensure predictable delivery, clear governance, and strong stakeholder trust. The role involves regular travel across Denmark to customer sites, with occasional assignments in other Nordic countries.
Key responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale SAP ERP projects in Life Sciences Lead complex implementations using SAP Activate Manage scope, budget, timeline, risk, and quality across multi-workstream projects Act as the primary point of accountability toward customers and steering committees Lead cross-functional teams and partners in regulated environments Experience & Profile 10+ years of experience in SAP project management or consulting within Life Sciences Strong hands-on experience with SAP Activate Proven ability to lead large, complex projects independently Confidence in senior, customer-facing roles Willingness to travel across Denmark and the Nordics Experience with other ERP platforms may be relevant, but SAP is strongly preferred The Opportunity Work on some of the largest SAP Life Sciences projects in the Nordics Professional and personal development, including certifications A flat, collaborative culture with strong focus on well-being A global company with clear career opportunities Competitive compensation, benefits, and flexibility Interested in joining us?
