HR Partner - Learning & Development at Go Nordic Cruiseline
We are looking for a Learning & Development Partner dedicated to designing and delivering impactful training programs for all employees, including leadership and talent development, while keeping the organization updated on critical topics such as safety and compliance.
Experience with HR IT systems and/or Marine HR is considered a beneficial plus and a relevant entry path to this role.
About the role
You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and continuously improving engaging learning initiatives that empower employees both at sea and on shore. This includes developing tailored training programs, leader education, and talent management that support growth and readiness across the organization.As a trusted partner to managers and teams, you will promote a culture of innovation, safety awareness, and development, ensuring HR tools and systems effectively facilitate employee learning and performance.
Key responsibilities- Lead and deliver training and development programs tailored to both onshore and seabased teams.
- Promote leadership and culture development initiatives together with other HR partners.
- Utilize learning analytics to measure the effectiveness of training programs, identify skill gaps, and drive targeted development.
- Close collaboration and support to Crewing & HR Partners realted to collective bargaining agreements and regulations.
- Support the use of HR IT systems to enhance learning delivery, track development progress, and improve the overall effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide trusted HR advisory support to managers and employees onboard and ashore.
- Proven experience in designing effective learning and development initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Scandinavian language skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with HR IT systems and digital process improvements.
- Experience or knowledge of Marine HR and collective agreements is a plus.
