Student Assistant - Depositary Services
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Jr. Depositary Officer to join our depositary team at Embankment. Your primary job is quality control: reviewing data extracted by our AI tools from fund documents and flagging where something is missing, inconsistent, or just doesn't add up.You'll also follow up with clients to collect outstanding documentation and support the team in keeping our data quality high.
Natural next step is helping us test and contribute to the automations and AI workflows that power our platform.
A high level of attention to detail is essential to succeed in the role. Curiosity about AI and regulation is an advantage.
YOUR TASKS- Reviewing AI-generated outputs against source documents
- Identifying and flagging data gaps or inconsistencies
- Following up with fund manager clients to obtain missing documentation
- Contributing to testing of new AI workflows as you settle in
- Studying HA, HA(jur.) or similar within finance, law, or economics
- Structured and thorough - you notice what others miss
- Comfortable working independently and seeing tasks through
- Genuinely curious about AI and how it's changing financial services

As a student assistant in Embankment's depositary team, you will gain hands-on experience with real fund data in a growing FinTech environment. Working hours are around 18,5 hours per week, and we are flexible in accommodating your studies and exam periods. The work place is in the center of Copenhagen.
