Merchandiser | Buying & Merchandising Boozt
THE OPPORTUNITY
At Boozt.com, data drives every decision we make. Our Buying & Merchandising (B&M) team is looking for a Merchandiser who combines a sharp analytical mind with a commercial mindset and a curiosity to challenge the status quo. You’ll take ownership of sales forecasting, stock management, and performance analysis, working closely with our Buying team to plan stock, anticipate trends, and deliver on seasonal goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO- Conduct weekly analysis and implement actionable insights
- Drive strategic research and execute initiatives in collaboration with Buying
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Manage trading, pricing, and in-season actions
- Analyze margins and optimize profit performance
- Build and refine templates for ongoing efficiency
- Contribute to various projects across the B&M team, leveraging technology to improve processes
YOUR PROFILE
You are analytical, detail-oriented, and thrive on working with numbers. You take ownership, act with drive, and enjoy collaborating in a fast-moving environment. You’re also a curious challenger who can think strategically and technically to turn insights into results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables)
- Strong IT skills and comfort with digital tools and systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English (applications in English only)
