Hi there! We’re True Co., a Danish scale-up with a big ambition: to make snacking better. Both for you and the planet.
From our factory near Copenhagen, we craft our plastic-free True Gum, sugar-free True Mints and candy-flavoured True Dates - all using plant-based, natural ingredients. We are extremely passionate about our brand, our visual identity, and all our visual brand touchpoints.And we want to stand out from the crowd, constantly improving the look, feel and visual storytelling across platforms and activities. Our list of design-related tasks keeps growing, so now we’re looking for a graphic designer to be part of our team of creatives.
THE ROLE
Are you a talented designer with an eye for creating beautiful, engaging content, that's on brand and has a humorous twist? At True Co., you will get to use your design skills hands-on and across a variety of creative tasks, ensuring that you learn and grow as a professional designer.Together with our other graphics designer, you will handle all graphic design related tasks which span widely.
You'll work closely with three great colleagues in our creative 4-person marketing team and you’ll report directly to our CMO.
The main tasks for the position are:
- Creation of social media content (illustrations, photos, videos and animations)
- Sketching and creation of mockups
- Design and layout of print materials (flyers, brochures, sales material, fairs, etc.)
- Packaging design for existing and new products
- Creation of content in relation to cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Design and maintenance of website and webshop
- Shooting and editing pictures and potentially video
- Ad hoc design-related tasks
YOUR PROFILE
We’re not looking for the longest CV - we’re looking for the right energy and skillset, which means that you:
- Holds a relevant graphic design degree (however not a must)
- Are a highly skilled user of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and/or other relevant design software
- Have experience with video editing and animation tools like Adobe Premiere and After Effects is a big plus
- Enjoy working with illustrations and can match our illustration style
- Can create beautiful content that excites and intrigues
- Have a natural interest in social media
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where things move quickly and deadlines can be short
- Are comfortable taking ownership of graphic design and contributing to creative direction
- Are fluent in english
