Part-time Digital Marketing Manager

Cougartron supplies weld-cleaning and marking equipment primarily for the stainless steel welding industry. We’re looking for someone who can develop and lead our digital marketing strategy — with a special focus on gaining brand awareness through smart, savvy social media campaigns — while supporting our team in driving growth across multiple markets.
About the job:
We’re a small, family-run company with a strong presence in over 35 countries, now focused on expanding in Denmark, Sweden, the UK, and the USA. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or a student currently studying digital marketing looking for a part-time role.Over time, the role offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership position and eventually head Cougartron’s global marketing team.
What you’ll do:
You’ll manage Cougartron’s digital marketing activities across all channels, developing creative strategies to promote our weld-cleaning and marking solutions in key markets. You’ll be responsible for building brand visibility and engagement through social media, while also aligning campaigns with company goals, tracking performance, and optimizing results for better user experience.You’ll collaborate closely with the sales and management teams and take ownership of campaign budgets and overall digital presence.
Who you are:
You have a good understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as social media, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing. You’re a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, an excellent communicator, and a collaborative team player.You’re organized, eager to learn, and always on top of the latest digital and social media trends. Fluency in Danish is a plus, but not a must.
