If you bring solid Systems Engineering expertise, strong hands‑on leadership skills, and a genuine passion for developing advanced technology, then this opportunity is for you.
At Weibel, you will join a rapidly growing, family‑owned technology company where curiosity, innovation, and dedication form the foundation of our success. As our new Engineering Manager for Systems Engineering, you will play a key role in shaping the architecture, processes, and capabilities behind our next-generation radar solutions.
You will work alongside talented, committed colleagues who share a deep fascination for technology. Our systems encompass a broad set of engineering disciplines—including signal processing, embedded control, RF systems, electronics, and mechanical integration.
Creating optimal system solutions therefore requires close collaboration among domain experts to balance trade-offs, mitigate risks, and ensure system‑level consistency. About the role Your primary responsibility will be to support, develop, and enable our Systems Engineering team.

You are skilled at stakeholder management in a matrix organization and excel at working across multiple engineering disciplines and organizational layers. You bring an effective leadership toolbox with strong people management and change management capabilities enabling you to build, motivate, and develop a growing team.
Your technical experience covers several of the following areas: Systems engineering methodologies and frameworks (e.g., requirements engineering, Product Line Engineering, INCOSE) MBSE, system modeling, or system decomposition High‑performance embedded or electronic systems Regulatory, environmental, and compliance frameworks (CE requirements, preferably MIL‑spec) Contact and Application Please apply using the “Apply” button.
If you have any questions, please contact Director, Systems Engineering, Christian Munthe Støttrup on CHS@weibel.dk. The application deadline is January 25th, 2026. Please note that this position requires a clean criminal record and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
