We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled Digital Workplace Product Specialist to join our Corporate & Infrastructure Technology team in Northern Europe (NE).

Your role As a Digital Workplace Product Specialist, you’ll play a key role in developing and managing digital workplace products across NE. You’ll work within a Microsoft-based ecosystem and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure our tools are technically sound, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs & strategies.
From cloud storage and collaboration platforms to device management and knowledge sharing tools, you’ll help shape the digital experience for thousands of Specsavers colleagues. You’ll also support foundational infrastructure modernization, security, and compliance — all while driving continuous improvement.

Role responsibilities: Guide the technical development and lifecycle management Translate business requirements into robust, scalable digital solutions Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams Maintain and evolve product documentation Champion agile methodologies Ensure seamless integration and Conduct technical validation and quality assurance Represent NE in global product forums and vendor engagements Your new team You’ll join the Corporate & Infrastructure NE Technology team, focused on delivering practical digital solutions that support both modern platforms and legacy systems.

Reporting to the Technology Product Manager, you’ll collaborate with regional stakeholders and technical partners, working in a Product-based setup that values iterative delivery, Agile ways of working, strong feedback loops, and cross-functional teamwork.

Your qualifications You’re a curious and pragmatic digital specialist who thrives on solving complex challenges and delivering real impact.
You bring a structured mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for continuous learning. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and configuration Working knowledge of Power Platform is a plus Understanding of device management and endpoint security Experience with API integrations and technical documentation Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management experience.
Experience with system documentation and vendor collaboration. Fluent English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus. A collaborative mindset and agile approach to product development. Your development Within 3 months, you’ll: Be fully onboarded into the Digital Workplace ecosystem and introduced to key stakeholders, platforms, and systems.
Begin contributing to product development, technical validation, and delivery processes. Within 6–12 months, you’ll: Take ownership of product lifecycle activities across NE, including roadmap planning, release management, and platform optimization.
Represent NE in global product forums and vendor engagements, advocating for regional needs and technical improvements. Be recognized as the go-to expert for Digital Workplace product knowledge and technical insight. Further development: You’ll have a personalized development plan focused on advancing your technical and strategic competencies.
