Full-time Service coordinator with a focus on administrative tasks and support to our temporary workers
A rapidly growing temp agency
BlueCollar is a specialised temp agency located on Agerhatten in Odense SØ. We provide qualified temporary workers to customers primarily within the industrial sector, as well as project-based workers within the construction industry. We recruit from our own offices in Poland and Romania.BlueCollar is a member of DI Byg and the Temp Agency Association under DI (Confederation of Danish Industry).
At BlueCollar, the well-being and success of our temporary workers are top priorities. To strengthen our internal operations, we are now seeking a dedicated and responsible Service Coordinator for our head office in Odense.
This position requires that you speak and write English fluently. Danish is an advantage.
The position is full-time.
Your responsibilities
As a Service coordinator, you will play a key role in our internal operations. The role is primarily administrative and office-based, combined with dialogue and scheduled meetings with temporary workers and business partners.
Your tasks will include:
- Coordinating and booking accommodation and transportation solutions for temporary workers
- Communication with landlords and partners, including handling agreements
- Organising move-ins/move-outs and related documentation
- Preparing and updating employment contracts and other documents
- Onboarding temporary workers (both physical and online), supporting their start, and assisting with practical questions
- Updating internal systems and databases to ensure accurate data
- Handling payment systems and following up on payments
- Approving and processing invoices
- Administrative ad hoc tasks and support to management
- Participating in the rotation for our emergency phone
In short: you help ensure smooth operations — and that our temporary workers have a smooth start in Denmark.
You will be part of our service and coordination team and report to the Operations Manager in Denmark.
Your profile
We are looking for a structured, service-minded and committed person who takes responsibility and thrives in a dynamic work environment.
We expect you to show great flexibility with regard to both working hours and the tasks you perform. This means that at least once a week, you’ll need to carry out meetings/visits outside normal working hours (8:00–16:00), for example early in the morning or later in the evening.The visits are normally planned the week before, however there once in a while can be visits that must be carried out with a shorter notice.
You are a person that:
- Easily builds good relationships and enjoys working closely with people
- Has strong organisational skills and works in a structured manner
- Is solution-oriented and enjoys handling varied tasks
- Has solid IT skills (Outlook, Excel, internal systems)
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Has good English skills (minimum B2). Danish is an advantage.
- Has a drivers license (cat. B).
Experience from hotel, tourism, service industry, front-office or customer service roles is a significant advantage. We welcome applications from candidates with a strong service mindset.
HR experience is not a requirement — we will train you thoroughly. What matters most is your strong service mindset, your people skills, and your motivation.
