We are seeking a passionate UX designer with Business Analyst capabilities to join our growing team.As a key member of Global IT, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Medical and PV colleagues responsible for the European and International markets, who are working on our commercial expansion.

You will be joining the Medical & Drug Safety team in Global IT consisting of currently 9 colleagues. The Medical & Drug Safety team provides applications, tools, websites and digital solutions necessary to support the Medical and Pharmacovigilance business functions.Your closest team members and colleagues are based in US (East and West coast) and in Denmark.
You will report directly to Ivanna Mikhailovna Rosendal, as Functional Leader, and Jakob Monajemzadeh Thrane, as People Leader,who are both based in Hellerup, Denmark. You will be based in Hellerup, Denmark.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs and Pharmacovigilance (PV) teams to continuously assess and understand evolving business needs.
- Prototype and evaluate new IT solutions by identifying business challenges and opportunities and recommending optimized processes and system enhancements.
- Utilize business analysis techniques, process modeling, and quality assurance practices to articulate business requirements and drive measurable outcomes.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of new solutions, including requirements gathering, vendor coordination, test planning and execution, and user training development and delivery.
- Ensure high-quality documentation of workflows, systems, and tools to support audit readiness and compliance for Medical and Safety systems.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional product teams to leverage existing technologies and ensure alignment across the IT landscape.
Qualifications and Skills:
You hold a Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience from a similar role. It is a must that you have experience from the pharmaceutical industry to succeed in this role.
Furthermore, you have:
- Solid understanding of technology and know how to make IT work for business.
- Experience with Medical business function from Biotech or Pharma industries.
- Experience unfolding your UX toolbox designing and delivering digital solutions.
- Experience with GxP regulations.
- Ideally you have experience working with Pharmacovigilance business function.
- Exposure to the Commercial domain is an advantage.
