Online Marketing Coordinator

About the role You will take a hands-on coordinating role across digital campaigns, marketing automation, and content execution in close collaboration with Product Managers and your colleagues in Marketing.
The role is primarily focused on digital marketing coordination and lead generation. In addition, you will contribute to development of MarCom content and participate in studio productions. Your work ensures that campaigns, product communication, and studio content are executed consistently across channels and aligned with our digital customer journey.
Key responsibilities Digital marketing Coordinate and execute content plans across digital campaigns, newsletters, and studio events Build, test, and deploy CRM campaigns and marketing automation flows Drive lead nurturing through consent-driven marketing, segmentation, and trigger-based journeys Maintain and update website content in CMS Support SEO, Paid advertising, and LinkedIn execution Coordinate translation and publishing of digital content Prepare campaign assets and handle minor graphic design tasks MarCom content & product launch Develop and adapt MarCom content aligned with product launches and commercial activities Support creation of campaign messaging, launch assets, and sales enablement materials in collaboration with Product Marketing Studio production Participate in planning and execution of studio events together with the Studio Event team Support production, editing, and publishing of webinars, technical sessions, and product videos We imagine that you Have 3-4 years of experience of digital marketing in technical B2B and preferably experience with lead generation Work in a structured and detail-oriented way with strong follow-through Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines Fluent in Danish and Communicate clearly and can write content independently in English Have a relevant education within marketing, communication, or digital media Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, SEO/Paid advertising, CMS, or basic graphic and/or video editing tools are an advantage.
