If you thrive in a results-oriented setting where speed, support, and shared success matter, you’ll feel right at home with us.This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Marketing and will be based in one of our offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen, or Hamburg depending on your location.Lead engagement across events, advocacy, and communicationsStep into a role where you will shape how we connect with customers, partners, prospects and industry communities.
You will be responsible for driving engagement initiatives that build loyalty, amplify advocacy, and maximize the impact of our events and communications.More specifically, you will:Manage owned and sponsored events – from planning and logistics to tracking ROI and pipeline impactDrive customer engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback loops, and community-building activitiesLead customer advocacy efforts through case studies, testimonials, and go-live communicationsOversee partner marketing campaigns and co-branded initiatives that strengthen collaborationOwn external communications such as newsletters, ensuring clear and consistent messagingEngagement marketer with a strategic mindsetWith your ability to connect the dots between events, customer advocacy, and communications, you thrive in roles where marketing directly impacts pipeline and loyalty.
As a proactive and collaborative professional, you bring energy to projects and value clear results as much as strong relationships.Furthermore, we imagine that you bring:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field3–5 years of experience in engagement marketing, customer marketing, or event marketing in a B2B or SaaS contextProven expertise in managing events, from logistics to ROI trackingExperience running customer feedback programs and advocacy initiatives such as case studies and testimonialsStrong writing skills for newsletters and other types of contentTech-savvy, with an understanding of software/SaaS markets.Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn technical concepts into compelling, easy-to-understand messaging.Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to refine messaging & marketing strategies.Hands-on approach, adaptable in a small-team environment.Interested?Please apply here on LinkedIn.
