Treasury Specialist - Group Treasury, NWC & Middle Office

More specifically, you will join our NWC & Middle Office alongside three colleagues and your manager. This is a role where you are given responsibility from day one, the opportunity to make a tangible impact, and the freedom to help shape both solutions and ways of working explains Line Ehlers, Senior Manager, Group Treasury, NWC & Middle Office.Manage liquidity, risk and compliance across global treasury operations You will manage and handle a wide range of responsibilities and tasks related to financial risk management and net working capital.
Among other things, you will contribute to improved efficiency and support the successful implementation of treasury projects aimed at process optimisation and compliance. During a typical work week, you will spend much of your time: Act as internal bank, granting and monitoring funding limits Ensuring effective and accurate internal reporting of liquidity and financial risks Overseeing and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations about financial risks for group companies worldwide Additionally, you will assist with transparency and governance within the Treasury function, supporting continuous system enhancements and process improvements.
You are analytical and skilled in independent problem-solving Whether you are a seasoned professional or newer to your role, you are the type of person who takes initiative and can drive things forward. When faced with a challenge, you ask questions and seek out answers.Experience from an international organisation is an advantage, but most importantly, you have experience with treasury and net working capital. Additionally, you have: A master’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or a similar field Strong analytical skills, including advanced financial analytics, financial modelling and data analytics skills gained through experience in a treasury, corporate finance or banking function Experience with treasury management systems (preferably SAP Treasury) and/or SAP S/4HANA Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, Access, macros, pivot tables, etc.
