Shape ABENA’s Global Marketing Automation Landscape We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) Administrator to join our Business Applications team and play a key role in shaping our global marketing automation landscape.
In this role, you will work closely with the Salesforce CRM team and partner with Global Marketing to deliver a scalable, compliant, and future-ready solution. You will lead the setup of a new global business unit, support the transition from existing European Pardot implementations, and take ownership of the platform’s ongoing administration, optimization, and governance - while also helping prepare the organization for the future transition to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next.
Your key responsibilities will include: Designing and configuring a new Marketing Cloud Next business unit to support global marketing operations and contributing to the global rollout. Leading the migration from existing Pardot solutions and ensuring a smooth transition of data, configurations, and business processes.Administering and maintaining the global Pardot environment, including user access, permissions, CRM connectors, system performance, and data quality. Providing second- and third-level support for marketing users and translating marketing requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Collaborating with the Salesforce CRM team to align data models, support global sales–marketing alignment, and ensure compliance with IT architecture, security, and governance standards. Supporting preparation and roadmap planning for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next while maintaining documentation, ensuring data‑privacy compliance, and driving improvements in automation, performance, and usability.
What we hope you bring Proven track record showing meaningful results and hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) Experience setting up or administering multiple business units or global marketing automation environments Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud integration and data model Experience working in an enterprise IT environment Proven ability to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience with global rollouts or platform consolidations Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next Salesforce certifications (Pardot Specialist, Pardot Consultant, Salesforce Administrator) Experience supporting GDPR-compliant marketing automation solutions Your Team, Our Culture and Values You will join our Business Applications team with 11 colleagues, responsible for our Salesforce CRM solution, Akeneo PIM solution and Bynder DAM solution, among other smaller platforms.
