Parts Handling Support

As a member of the Parts Handling Support team, your key responsibilities will be:
- Receive incoming spare parts, verify quantities and documentation, and inspect parts for damage or discrepancies
- Handling of general spare parts (Eg. ESD sensitive) in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety policies
- Pick and pack spare parts orders for internal technicians or external customers, ensuring correct parts, quantities, and documentation.
- Prepare shipment documentation and labels for outgoing shipments
- Perform inventory checks to maintain accuracy and support stock audits
- Ensure proper documentation is created and stored for internal usage
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills e.g. Excel, Business central and Email
- Strong attention to detail
- A collaborative spirit, able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- A structured and detail-oriented approach, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities while maintaining high-quality output.
- Reliable, hands-on, and a strong team player who enjoys an energetic workday.
- Forklift certificate (desirable but not essential).
- Some spoken proficiency in Polish and / or Lithuanian (desirable but not essential).
