Senior Solution Architect

DIVE INTO WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY TASKS WILL BE You work in an environment where architecture must support both current operations and future needs.You balance structure with pragmatism and ensure that infrastructure services and our DevOps platform enable domain teams to move efficiently and safely.
Your mission is to: Design and develop hybrid infrastructure solutions that support business goals and operational requirements Ensure architectural alignment with product visions and roadmaps in close collaboration with Product Owners Lead technical initiatives from start to finish, including planning, coordination and execution, together with delivery leads Translate business needs into technical solutions that fit the overall infrastructure landscape Work closely with vendors by clarifying requirements, reviewing solutions and ensuring technical fit Share architectural knowledge and contribute to upskilling across the organisation to keep pace with new technologies Support security and compliance requirements, including “loven om styrket beredskab” and GDPR, in collaboration with Information Security and Compliance Participate in preparatory work such as presales activities, requirement specifications, due diligence and Statements of Work Identify and manage technical and project-related risks to keep initiatives on track Support procurement processes by assessing architecture and technical fit for new solutions and software JOIN A TEAM OF MINDFUL ACHIEVERS You join a team of engineers and specialists working with infrastructure, platforms and architectural foundations that support the wider organisation.
The team focuses on stability, scalability and long-term maintainability, while continuously improving how infrastructure services are delivered.You collaborate closely with domain teams, IT colleagues, vendors and stakeholders across the business.
Dialogue is direct and experience-driven, and architectural decisions are discussed openly.
You are involved when changes are planned, and your perspective helps shape how solutions are designed and implemented.
We work hybrid, but many tasks benefit from on-site collaboration, especially when working across teams or aligning on complex technical decisions.

You know how to turn requirements into architecture that can be operated, scaled and evolved over time.
You naturally: Take ownership of architectural initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring progress and shared team outcomes Design and evolve solutions across on-prem and Azure environments using DevOps practices, containers, Infrastructure as Code and platform engineering principles where they create real value Understand hybrid cloud networking and how architectural decisions affect performance, reliability, security and scalability across the organization Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical designs, working closely with engineers, stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and practical delivery Communicate complex architectural topics in a way that enables informed decisions among both technical and non-technical stakeholders Stay curious and continuously refine your architectural toolbox, balancing structure and flexibility while challenging solutions that add complexity without long-term value Collaborate easily across teams and communicate fluently in Danish and English, acting as a trusted team player and architectural sparring partner If you want a role where your architectural decisions directly influence how a complex IT environment evolves, we look forward to hearing how you would approach the work.
