Head of E-commerce / Commercial Partner(Equity) – Build a Global Audio Brand
THE ROLE
Build the commercial engine of a Scandinavian audio brand.
Enkl Sound Copenhagen is developing design-driven consumer audio products inspired by Scandinavian simplicity.
The founder focuses on product development and brand. We are now looking for an entrepreneurial partner to build and scale the company’s commercial engine. This is a remote role, but applicants must currently live in Denmark or the Nordic region.
This role is equity-based with vested ownership and suited for someone who wants to build a company long-term.
YOU WILL:- Take ownership of the commercial growth of the company
- Scale Shopify, Amazon and distributor sales globally
- Help shape strategy, markets and expansion
- Work directly with the founder to build a global brand
This is a rare opportunity to join early and build something meaningful from the ground up.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will take ownership of:
E-commerce operations- Managing our Shopify store
- Conversion optimization (CRO)
- Campaigns and promotions
- Product listings
- A+ content
- Amazon PPC
- Expanding to new Amazon markets
- Managing customer support
- Inbox and email communication
- Returns and service processes
- Identifying new markets
- Launching sales channels internationally
- Analyzing performance and optimizing revenue
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You might be:
- An e-commerce operator
- A growth-focused builder
- Someone who has worked inside a DTC brand
- Someone who wants to build a company rather than just take a job
Experience with the following is a plus:
- Shopify
- Amazon Seller Central
- D2C / Consumer brands
- E-commerce growth
- Startups
- Digital marketing / performance marketing
- Customer experience tools
- Paid Meta, Google Search/Shopping, Klaviyo
Most important is that you are entrepreneurial, proactive and excited about building something long-term.
