About the job As a B2B E-Commerce Manager at HAY you are responsible for optimizing the user experience and driving sales growth on HAYB2B.com. This includes increasing self-service adoption, improving conversion rates, and enhancing basket size.
The role involves customer onboarding, engagement strategies, data analysis, and collaboration with marketing, product, and tech teams. Acting as the business product owner, the role prioritizes platform improvements, ensures quality assurance, and drives marketing campaigns.
Success is measured by increased digital adoption, revenue growth, and self-service adoption More specifically, your tasks will include: Optimize the platform experience to boost sales, self-service adoption, and conversions Empower customers and sales teams through onboarding, training, and best practices Turn data into action by tracking KPIs and delivering insights that drive retention and growth Own the roadmap as business product owner, aligning with tech, marketing, and sales to launch high-impact features Strengthen engagement through smart B2B promotions, newsletters, and CRM initiatives Are you the B2B E-Commerce Manager we are looking for?
