Customer Success Consultant (SaaS)

What you'll do

What this role is really about – Making customers use the platform better than they do today. At VOCAST, Customer Success is about driving adoption, solving problems hands-on, and pushing customers to work smarter.

You will:

  • Work with the best brands in lifestyle
  • Own a portfolio of customers end-to-end
  • Act as the technical + strategic point of contact to your customers
  • Drive product adoption and improve how customers actually use the platform
  • Challenging customers to optimise setups, workflows and usage
  • Spot and drive expansion opportunities
  • Diagnose and solve issues proactively and directly with customers + internal teams
  • Help innovate and develop a unique industry solution
  • Collect input from customers and influence development
  • Partner closely with development, sales and legal on complex cases and product improvements

What you bring

You're technical and hands-on
  • You quickly understand complex platforms and setups
  • You are confident troubleshooting and diagnosing issues
  • You prefer fixing things over explaining them
  • You enjoy digging into systems and understanding how things actually work
  • You're curious about tech, AI, and how systems work
You have proven CS experience (must-have)
  • Proven experience in Customer Success preferably within a SaaS or software execution platform
  • You understand adoption mechanics, churn signals, and customer lifecycle
  • Strong problem-solver with a solution-first mindset
  • You build trust but are not afraid to challenge
  • Build trust quickly but challenge customers when needed
  • You understand that VOCAST is an execution and efficiency tool — and you have strong user empathy and understand user behaviour

  • Experience in PR, fashion/design, or eCommerce
  • Project or implementation management experience
