The position aims to strengthen the finance function in Axlab with a broad and business-oriented profile that can both handle classic finance tasks and at the same time act as a strategic sparring partner for the management of Axlab Inc.
and contribute to ensuring data-driven decisions and financial management.
You will be part of a small agile team and your area of responsibility will therefore be broad.
The job:- Controlling and data quality Preparation of, among other things, business cases as a basis for decision-making as well as various analyses and data processing Contribute to internal control and development and improvement of processes Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external requirements
- Management sparring Support decision-makers through financial models and business cases.
- Cross-functional collaboration Active contribution to the interaction between finance, legal, IT and other functions.
Support knowledge sharing and development across countries and disciplines
- Financial operations and reporting Back-up for daily accounting (holidays, peak loads and illness) Participate in maintenance of Business Central and support automation and process optimization Coordinate input and output with local partners, auditors and the team in Denmark Monthly closing, financial reconciliations and reporting Support for budgeting and forecast processes Key focus areas:
- Proactive business sparring, trustworthy advisor to the organization
- Value-adding analyses
- Contribution to digitalization and process improvements
- Adherence to deadlines, supported by data and in high quality
- Adherence to compliance and governance
- Positive feedback from internal and external partners Competencies and qualifications:
- Relevant education in economics, accounting or finance (e.g.
aud.)
- Solid experience with financial management, controlling and financial analysis
- Good system understanding and strong skills in Excel
- experience with Business Central is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into decision-making for the business
- Knowledge of international corporate structures and cross-border collaboration an advantage
- Business-oriented mindset
- Fluent language skills in English, Danish an advantage Personal qualities:
- Structured, detail-oriented and strong in planning
- Independent, proactive and with a desire to understand the business in depth
- Curious about new technologies and solutions
- Good collaboration skills and a positive approach to interdisciplinary tasks
