In this role, you will take ownership of coordination and collaboration, ensuring strong partnerships and smooth processes that drive results. We live and breathe denim. THE TEAM You will play a central role in NOISY MAY’s energetic and result-oriented CBO Sales department. We focus on achieving the best results together with our largest online customers and our own e-commerce channel, noisymay.com. Each of us acts as a business partner for our key accounts, ensuring top service, strong product packages and great cooperation.
As a team, we value an informal tone, where everyone gets along and pulls together. THE ROLE As our Sales Coordinator, you will be the go-to person who makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You will manage order processes, keep our key UK customers on track, and make sure deadlines are met.
Working closely with our Sales Managers and Product team, you will play a central role in building strong customer partnerships and making sure NOISY MAY continues to deliver at the highest level. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating and processing orders for major online accounts such as ASOS, Next, Ellos and Boozt, while maintaining close customer relationships through daily contact Following up on deliveries, logistics and deadlines Preparing reports and analysing sales figures to identify opportunities and improve results.
Supporting sales meetings and presentations Managing claims and being the first point of contact for customers Contributing to product development and selling focused product packages in collaboration with Product Responsibles. You pay attention to detail, keep a clear overview, and take initiative when things move fast. Building strong relationships motivates you, and you contribute actively to collaboration – both within the team and with customers.
