This role is critical in ensuring that high-quality, trusted data becomes a strategic asset across business and IT. You will be responsible for implementing governance tooling, enabling data ownership roles, and ensuring consistent architecture across domains and systems such as Trade capture systems and CRM.
You will collaborate closely with IT, Digital, and transformation leaders to shape and deliver the data foundations for our future trading landscape. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of our enterprise data governance operating model, including policies and standards Build and manage the Data Manager team, including governance leads, architects, and analyst support Activate and maintain data ownership roles (Domain Owners, Stewards, Custodians) across critical domains Prioritize and govern key data domains (e.g., Customer, Pricing, Product, Order) and lead associated quality initiatives Deploy tooling to improve data quality, focusing on completeness, consistency, and uniqueness Partner with IT and Digital to drive data architecture consistency and lineage across platforms (e.g., CTRM, CRM) Escalate risks to a potential Data Council and ensure governance alignment with ReGen milestones Drive awareness and onboarding of a data-first culture across the organization KPIs and Success Measures Execution and visible impact of critical data initiatives Quantified improvement in data quality metrics across domains % of defined and prioritized domains with active and trained data ownership roles On-time delivery of data governance roadmap components What we are looking for Senior-level experience in data governance, information management, or related fields Proven leadership of cross-functional data or IT teams Strong collaboration skills with IT, Digital, and business teams Structured, delivery-focused mindset with experience in complex transformation programs Familiarity with tooling for data lineage, cataloging, and quality assurance Ability to govern both strategic direction and operational implementation Good English and Danish or German language skills Apply Now If you are passionate about turning data into a strategic asset and leading governance at the heart of a major trading transformation, we encourage you to apply.
