What you’ll be doing You’ll work at the core of our embedded platforms, implementing new features, refining integrations, and shaping the architecture that keeps our C-UAV systems stable, responsive, and reliable in real-world environments.
You’ll get to: Build hardware-near, real-time software for resource-constrained embedded systems Work with Software Defined Radios and wireless communication technologies Implement, debug, test, and optimize embedded software across ARM Free RTOS and Linux Design tests and automation pipelines that ensure consistent performance Validate solutions in the field, seeing your work operate in real scenarios Develop and optimize algorithms that directly impact system capability Work primarily in C and Python, supported by strong modelling and analysis tools Your work will influence everything from system responsiveness and RF performance to overall platform reliability — and you’ll see firsthand how your decisions shape the user experience in mission-critical environments.
Who we are looking for You’re an engineer at heart: curious, analytical, and motivated by solving complex technical challenges with real-world consequences. You enjoy diving deep, experimenting, testing, and turning insight into robust, validated solutions.We imagine you: Hold a relevant master’s degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) or have equivalent experience Bring a few years of industry experience in embedded software development Combine strong theoretical foundations with a practical, product-focused mindset Thrive in an agile, hands-on development environment Learn from experiments, failures, and iteration — and enjoy the process Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across disciplines Who your team is You’ll join our Research & Development organization — a cross-disciplinary environment where hardware specialists, embedded developers, FPGA engineers, algorithm experts, and system architects work side by side.
