Copenhagen IT Supporter to our IT ServiceDesk Copenhagen IT Supporter to our IT ServiceDesk Do you want to support colleagues in resolving both small and complex IT challenges during their daily work? Then you might be our new IT Supporter in the IT Operations team.
We are looking for an on- site IT Supporter to join our IT Service Desk, where you will be the primary point of contact for our colleagues.
In this role, you will help deliver a reliable, secure, and user-friendly IT experience across the firm, ensuring stable operations and high-quality support in a varied and changeable workday.
As part of the IT Operations function, you will join a professional IT environment supporting a large, knowledge-driven organization where secure and reliable technology is business-critical.You will work closely with experienced and supportive colleagues in a structured enterprise setup with modern tools and processes, ensuring high standards of governance, security, and service delivery.
The pace can be high at times, but the atmosphere is collaborative and informal.
Your work will primarily include the following tasks: Communication with users via phone, service portal, and on site.
Handling user requests and incidents in our service management system Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and Microsoft 365–related issues Supporting onboarding and offboarding of employees Collaborating with IT Operations and specialist teams on escalations and shared tasks About you, our newest team member Above all, you are driven by providing professional, service-oriented IT support and by empowering users to be effective in their daily work.
You are comfortable working in a structured IT environment and enjoy interacting with users.You thrive in a Service Desk setting where priorities can change, and you are able to keep a structured, focused, and solution-oriented approach in a busy workday.
You bring several of the following qualifications: Relevant IT education (e.g.
TEC or equivalent) and 2–5 years of experience within IT support.Capable of analyzing technical problems and implementing practical solutions with a user focus Able to document your work clearly and accurately during troubleshooting Familiar with Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 environment.
