Based in Faxe, Denmark – but working closely with our colleagues in Toronto, Paris, Milan, Miami, and London – you will be at the heart of driving innovation and operational excellence across our global markets.

Our International Business Unit is growing, and we need a strong team to coordinate efforts.We are looking for an energetic, structured and detail dedicated Innovation Project Coordinator to be the operational engine behind our innovation efforts, ensuring that new product development and ESG initiatives run smoothly, efficiently and strategically.
You will be part of a passionate, international team focused on profitable and sustainable growth, which means that your support will be a vital part of our ongoing success.The role: As our Innovation Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving processes of new product development and innovation projects owned by the Danish/German border and our International Brand Managers together with our Product Manager.
Your key responsibility will be: Leading SKU and scrap management reporting with support from our analyst and controller to avoid waste.
Maintain a clear overview of all SKU and innovation projects across our Border and International markets.Coordinating innovative projects with brand managers and supply chain teams.
Driving greener packaging and product solutions in collaboration with our ESG network.
Keeping us compliant and ahead of legislative changes.
Supporting smarter ways of working through systems like Thinking Portfolio and Media Bank.
Presenting project status in quarterly reviews alongside Brand Managers and joining Group Gate meetings.
Drive Product Requirement Specifications (IPIs), once products are approved.
Work on exciting innovation projects that make a real impact.
Propose continuous cost optimization of ideas and initiatives.
Help shape the future of our products and processes – and have fun doing it!
What you bring: We are looking for someone with: Structured, proactive and tech-savvy team player who loves turning ideas into action A can-do attitude and a collaborative spirit.
A detail-oriented and serviceminded working style with exceptional coordination skills.
Strong analytical skills and SAP know-how.
Meeting your deadlines just happen Clear, professional, and empathetic communication skills.
3+ years of relevant experience (ideally in beverages or FMCG A relevant background in supply chain, sales, or marketing.
Fluency in English (other languages are a plus!).
