THE ROLE AND WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE

This isn’t a role about just generating leads; it’s about creating meaningful commercial momentum. Within your first 6–12 months, success will mean:

  • Turning insight into opportunity:You’ll identify and qualify high-potential companies where Neurons’ AI solutions can make the biggest commercial impact; generating a predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Owning early-stage relationships:You’ll build trust with prospects through consultative conversations that connect real business challenges with Neurons’ unique AI capabilities.
  • Partnering for precision:You’ll collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teams to refine outreach strategies and deliver clear, value-driven messaging to target industries.
  • Driving measurable pipeline growth:Your outreach will directly influence revenue generation by consistently booking high-quality meetings and advancing opportunities through the funnel.
  • Becoming a market voice:By staying ahead of AI and neuroscience trends, you’ll position yourself, and Neurons, as a credible authority in the fast-evolving marketing technology space.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

  • Consistently exceed monthly qualified opportunity targets.
  • Build a sustainable outbound engine that improves conversion rates quarter over quarter.
  • Deliver market insights that influence both marketing strategy and sales messaging.
  • Maintain a clean, insight-rich CRM that enables accurate forecasting and leadership visibility.
  • Earn trust from both prospects and teammates by representing Neurons with expertise and integrity.
