In Nykredit’s Markets Technology team, you will help evolve a business-critical trading and risk platform with Summit as its core component, while integrating it with a modern cloud-based landscape.
We’re looking for a Senior Developer (~5+ years’ experience) who takes ownership, solves complex problems independently, and contributes to raising the technical bar across the team.The Nykredit Group is owned by an association of our customers, Forenet Kredit.

As our new Senior Developer, you'll experience this unique approach firsthand.
What you’ll do: Design and build high-performance components in C++ and C# within the Summit platform.
Own integrations between Summit and surrounding systems, including Azure-based data platforms.Translate requirements from trading, risk, and operations into robust technical solutions.
Take end-to-end ownership of components, making design decisions and collaborating across systems when needed.
Support and mentor other developers through sparring, reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Are you the one we're looking for?
Must-have: 5+ years of experience in C++ and/or C# in complex, business-critical systems.
Strong understanding of system design, performance, and integration patterns.Experience working with trading or risk platforms (e.g., Summit, Calypso, or similar).
Experience with or strong interest in Azure-based integrations, data services, and cloud-native development patterns.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and communicate clearly with both engineers and business stakeholders.
Nice-to-have: Experience with real-time or data-intensive systems.
Experience with event-driven architecture, APIs, messaging, or data pipelines in a cloud environment.Why join? As part of this role, you will help shape and modernize a core capital markets platform that supports business-critical trading, risk management, and operational processes.

Your new team Markets Technology is responsible for developing and operating Nykredit’s sell-side capital markets platform.
You will join a team of around 30 skilled and dedicated colleagues working across the full capital markets value chain- from trading and risk to operations and platform development.
The team works closely with business specialists, architects, infrastructure partners, and other technology teams to ensure stable, scalable, and future-ready solutions.
We combine deep domain knowledge with strong engineering practices and a pragmatic approach to solving complex problems in a regulated financial environment.The position can be based in either Copenhagen or Warsaw.
