Sales Associate
We ensure that you will become a specialist representing luxury and quality.
You will enchant every visitor with simplicity and ensure a unique client experience. You will focus on delivering high-quality support and advice, developing strong client relationships during and after their journey in the store, be proactive, and support growth initiatives and market development activities, as well as support day-to-day boutique operations.
Previous Experience
We are looking for a colleague with experience from the luxury and/or watch retail business. Watchmakers or watch enthusiasts are a plus, but not a must. Most importantly, we expect you to:
- Have a willingness to learn about watches (how we present unique handcrafted quality)
- Be driven, organised, and adaptable
- Communicate proficiently in Danish and English
- Have a strong focus on customer experience
- Represent the values of Ole Mathiesen and our partner watch brands
- Ensure a unique and exceptional customer experience
- Master our sales procedures through training and product awareness
- Develop the ability to adapt to client needs and motivations
- Develop strong relationships with key clients
- Execute targeted promotional actions and participate in small, exclusive client events
- Follow our procedures in sales and service situations
- Participate in day-to-day boutique operations
- Assist with special projects when requested
- Participate in administrative tasks when required
- Increase your passion for watches, handcraft, and quality
- Achieve excellent know-how of watchmaking and learn the storytelling behind some of the most exclusive quality watch manufacturers in the world
- Develop skills within sales and build personal relationships with key clients
- Develop your focus on social relations with end-clients and business partners
