Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve account, service, and general support queries
Deliver a professional and empathetic customer experience
Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards
RequirementsDanish proficiency C2 (spoken & written)
English proficiency B2–C2
Customer service experience advantageous
Willingness to relocate to Athens if required
Whats on OfferSalary: EUR 1300–1500 gross per month - salary paid x14 per calendar year + x14 bonuses as well
