You will be part of a dynamic team working in close cooperation with other Business Analysts, Product Owner, Design and our Development team.

You have the courage to navigate complex terrain and the care to ensure that nothing is overlooked. A close dialogue with customers is essential for you to understand their challenges and help us prioritize the right efforts. You will play a key role in turning customer needs into valuable solutions by bridging the gap between business and technology.You are eager to dive deep into our product, gain a thorough understanding, and build solid technical expertise.We imagine you recognize yourself in the following: Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with SaaS solutionsExperience with agile methodologies and confidence in writing clear, value-driven user storiesExcellent data-driven skills, applying insights to guide decisions and deliver measurable outcomesStrong technical understanding and analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detailExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to balance priorities and clearly explain technical concepts to diverse audiencesA strong desire to dive deep into our platform and become a subject-matter expert in DanlønPrevious experience with payroll and HR software (preferred)Fluency in Danish, both spoken and writtenWhy us?
