Senior Project Manager - Leading Complex Customer Projects Do you have experience in commercial project management and the ability to lead complex customer projects in a technology-driven organization? Your Impact As our new Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering complex projects, ensuring they meet both client expectations and business objectives. You will operate in a newly established matrix organization in a Program structure with several projects in each, ensuring flexibility, knowledge sharing, and strong project outcomes.
You will have full delivery responsibility for the entire project lifecycle, from contract signature to final acceptance, and you will serve as point of contact for our customers for assigned projects, representing Weibel’s commitment to delivery excellence.
Your primary tasks will include: Take full ownership of international customer projects from contract signature to final delivery, ensuring all contractual, commercial, and quality goals are met. Act as the point of contact for customers, leading project activities such as PDR, CDR, FAT, and SAT.
Manage contracts, budgets, planning and schedules and driving decisions to keep projects on track. Collaborate closely with Program teams to ensure execution and alignment with program objectives. Lead project meetings, gate reviews, and steering group sessions, fostering transparency, accountability, and progress across all stakeholders.
Ensure successful achievement of project milestones, including customer acceptance tests and related payment milestones. Facilitate project reporting and communicate complex issues to management in a clear, actionable manner. Motivate and inspire your project teams, leveraging your commercial mindset and technical understanding to deliver outstanding results.

Your Profile We are looking for a senior project leader with strong experience across both the technical and commercial domains, gained in a project‑based, contract‑driven business. You come with: Proven experience executing contract‑driven customer delivery projects in a project‑based business of integrated hardware + software systems Solid experience with project and program management from a matrix organization Strong experience from complex product development environments.
Commercial mindset and proven ability to meet client expectations and business objectives Ability to motivate colleagues and project teams to achieve great results. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
