Join the Credit Analytics Transformation (CAT) Programme.

The CAT programme in Risk Analytics was launched in Sep 2022 with the purpose to deliver on Danske Bank’s long-term strategy. The programme sets out to enhance the current internal rating based (IRB) models and compliance by redeveloping the IRB Framework and associated IRB credit risk models.

The programme deliveries are closely tied to credit decisions and capital allocation, and as such carry high impact throughout the entire organisation.

The CAT Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the overall programme structure and helps ensure collaboration and communication across teams. We support the delivery of FSA model applications as well as the technical and organisational implementation of the models.

We have a wide group of stakeholders from model developers, executive management, IT, business areas, Validation & Audit to FSA. The PMO consists of highly skilled professionals located in both Copenhagen and Vilnius. The position will provide you with broad exposure as well as insights and cross-organisational knowledge to Danske Bank.

You will have a wide range of tasks, which could include:
  • Project management – e.g. understand complex topics and help teams to deliver by creating roadmaps, milestones, clear structure and facilitate discussions and progress reporting across teams
  • Enhance strategic decision-making - develop presentations, reports and analyses to support executive management decisions with input from stakeholders
  • Stakeholder management – e.g. plan and coordinate programme activities across the function by including relevant stakeholders to ensure right input and support to meet deadlines
  • Enable consistency and transparency in reporting across programme streams and well as internal digital presence
You are:
You are motivated and recognised for your interpersonal skills and ability to communicate credibly with senior management. You are curious, enjoy taking initiative and drive tasks to completion. You are experienced with translating complex topics into simple storylines and have experience with implementation projects.

You bring an optimistic mindset, a structured approach and you are collaborative in problem solving and delivery of tasks.

  • Experience from management consulting is valuable (in particular organisational implementation focus)
  • Planning, coordination and communication are essential
  • Strong story telling skills that translate easily to presentations (PowerPoint)
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English
  • Proactive, service-minded and flexible approach to problem solving
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive/confidential information
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira

This role could be based in Copenhagen, Denmark or Vilnius, Lithuania.

We offer:

If based in Lithuania, monthly salary range would be from 4400 EUR to 6600 EUR gross (based on your relevant skills for the job)
