Your role will also involve performing start-up, shutdown, product changeovers, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime, as well as executing in-process controls and quality checks, documenting results, and escalating deviations when necessary.
Handling raw materials and finished goods, using manufacturing IT systems for reporting, and supporting preventive maintenance activities are also key aspects of your role. You will be expected to follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements, maintain good housekeeping standards, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Shift work and clear communication during handovers are essential to ensure seamless production operations. What you will bring:You bring a strong safety mindset and a disciplined approach to following procedures. Experience in a manufacturing or processing environment is an advantage, and you are comfortable using digital work instructions and documentation systems.
Your attention to detail and quality awareness ensure that you consistently deliver accurate results. You are willing to learn new processes, equipment, and systems, and you approach troubleshooting with a systematic mindset. As a team-oriented individual, you communicate clearly and are flexible in handling both routine tasks and unexpected deviations in a dynamic production environment.
