Så er det måske dig, vi søger som afløser i Skt. Hansgruppen. Hvem er vi? Skt. Hansgruppen er en udekørende hjemmeplejegruppe, der besøger borgere i eget hjem – primært mennesker med demenssygdomme. Vores mål er at skabe trygge, værdige og meningsfulde hverdage for de borgere, vi hjælper.

Vores afløserteam er velfungerende og tager godt imod nye kolleger, så du hurtigt føler dig hjemme. Om jobbet Som afløser får du en varieret arbejdsdag, hvor du blandt andet arbejder med: Personlig pleje og støtte til påklædning Ernæring og måltider Praktiske opgaver i hjemmet Dokumentation i omsorgssystemet Nexus (vi oplærer dig naturligvis) Du får en grundig introduktion og bliver klædt godt på til opgaverne.
Vi tager udgangspunkt i dit niveau og sikrer, at du udvikler dig i takt med dine kompetencer. Derudover tilbyder vi undervisning og afholder møder for afløsere. Arbejdstid Stillingen er i gennemsnit ca. 10 timer om ugen, og du arbejder hver anden weekend.Alle vagter er dagvagter og ligger kl. 7.00–13.00 eller 7.00–15.00, hvilket giver faste og forudsigelige rammer i hverdagen. Praktisk information Vi transporterer os mellem borgerne på elcykel og i bil. Kørekort er en fordel, men ikke et krav.
