Are you an experienced Business Analyst who brings clarity and structure to complex, fast‑moving delivery environments? We are looking for a new colleague who takes ownership of how business needs are understood, shaped, and translated into clear direction for development teams – ensuring measurable value is delivered against defined outcomes.
Sounds like you? Read on and join a world‑leading transport and logistics company, driven by technology, data, and customer‑centric innovation. About Your Role – Deliver Enterprise-Wide Impact You work closely with stakeholders to turn deep domain insight into clear, actionable requirements.
You ensure teams stay aligned on what needs to be built and why, raising the bar on analysis, documentation, and collaboration – while remaining effective in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities. Anchored in Global IT, Enterprise Business Development drives some of the most transformative digital initiatives in DSV – connecting data, intelligence, and workflows across divisions, systems, and geographies.
In this role, you will work closely with Domain Squad Leads, architects, and Chapter Leads to translate needs into aligned, cross-domain solutions. You ensure capabilities are scalable, interoperable, and built for the long term – while delivering tangible value in every sprint.
Your Key Responsibilities You will play a key role in driving clarity and consistency across a complex, global setup—ensuring strong alignment between business needs, solutions, and delivery. More specifically, you will: Identify and document business needs through interviews, workshops, surveys, and research as well as ensure we maintain the vision and strategy of the domain, the data mesh and DSV.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders (business users, management, and technical teams) to ensure alignment. Ensure traceability from business needs to delivered solutions. Contribute hands-on when required to unblock teams and move delivery forward.
Audit of the how the platforms’ defined capabilities are aligned within and across the various platforms, ensuring that we reduce duplication of capability implementation in multiple products/platforms. Analyse current business processes and identifying areas for improvement or automation.
Create clear and detailed documentation such as business requirement documentation, functional specifications, use cases, mapping specifications and user stories. Cross-platform collaboration with architects, developers, testers and SMEs to ensure the designed solution delivers the expected value and lives up to the business needs.
Ability to get the information from consumers and producers on data formats, triggering mechanisms, data domain coverage, timing/consistency SLAs etc. Understand and analyse different data structures, usage and flows and document in agreed format.
About You – Enterprise and Cross-Domain Expertise You are a structured and trusted professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex organisations. You bring experience from large-scale agile delivery environments and large, global, matrix organisations.

Experience in the logistics industry is beneficial, but not a prerequisite. To succeed in this role, you bring: 2–5 years’ experience as Business Analyst, Lead Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar Agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban, or Spotify model) Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams, including experience working with developers, architects, and product owners Solid understanding of business processes and scalable technical solutions with the ability to capture and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements Familiarity with business intelligence, data analytics, and digital transformation Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and Databricks Knowledge of SQL, Python, APIs, and basic programming concepts (nice to have) Familiarity with data formats such as XML and JSON Experience with TMS systems, data attribute analysis, and mapping (advantage) Strong documentation and communication skills in English Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Ready to move on?

We review applications on an ongoing basis and encourage you to apply early. Please note that while the application deadline is 15 July 2026, the position may be closed earlier if the right candidate is identified. No cover letter is required. Please include a short motivation in your CV.
