International B2B Salesperson – Spanish or German native-level speaker

At Termonova A/S, we are expanding our export team and are seeking two result-oriented B2B sales professionals:

  • one with Spanish as working language (focus on Spain and Portugal)
  • one German-speaking professional (Germany / DACH)

You will be responsible for developing and expanding our customer and dealer network in your respective markets.

For more than 40 years we have been manufacturing and selling durable quality solutions for internal transport and goods handling to more than 20 countries. We are well-established – and in continuous growth.

Your role

You drive the sales process from start to finish:

  • Sales Outreach: Conduction outreach via phone, sending offers, following and closing deals
  • Lead Management: Identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads while building lon-term customer relationships
  • CRM usage: Actively managing and updating customer data in our CRM-system (SuperOffice)

Although you will primarily work from the office, occasional travel (5-10 days per year) may be required for customer visits and trade fairs.

Who are you?

You thrive in a sales environment and are driven by results. You are highly organized, take ownership of your responsibilities, and ensure tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Preferred: Experience in B2B and telephone sales
  • Fluent Spanish or German speaking and in writing (native-level speaker is an advantage)
  • Professional level of English
  • Danish is a plus, but not required
  • Independent, disciplined and self-motivated
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
